Company Profile:

Prior to entering the real estate business, Mr. Walters had over 16 years in the banking business. The Walters each have over 28 years experience in commercial real estate activities. As a developer, projects included ocean front condominiums, neighborhood-shopping centers, rental apartment properties, residential and commercial developments.

Mr. Walters has acted as a court appointed receiver in five Central Florida counties for numerous commercial projects ranging from high rise condominium developments to golf courses. He has been qualified as an expert witness in both State and Federal Courts.

In addition he has been active as General Partner and manager of various real estate partnerships, has acted as an asset manager and a consultant for a substantial number of institutional clients. He has been responsible for over 500,000 sf of commercial real estate leases, and over $150,000,000 in sales of commercial real estate and mortgage loans during the last ten years.
